Amerie wore the second yellow Hervé Léger of the night, this time in a one-strapped version. And look at Amanda Bynes looking all grown up, but still classy.

The world premiere of Sex and the City movie went down yesterday in London. Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda hit the red carpet hand-and-hand decked out in the top names in fashion.
Kim Catrall wore a Vivienne Westwood number that looked a little disassembled. I have a huge dislike for cowl neck tops, and this dress is looking very cowl-like. I don’t care for the sharp angled hem paired with the striping, but overall she looks nice.
If I had one phrase for the Sex and the City star style, it would be “age appropriate.” I’m not saying that’s a bad thing, but it seems like the youngins were trying to show them up.
Check out some hot styles from others who attended the premiere.
Kelly Rowland, Lisa Snowdon, Kristy Gallagher, Alex Curran and Donna Air.
And for the two young ladies that were advised to attend the Sex and the City premiere wearing over done and unoriginal Hervé Léger dresses, I would advise that you fire you’re stylist asap. I love the bandage dress, but something more stylish (see above) was in order for the SATC premiere. And I also see that Cynthia wasn’t the only one who looked uncomfortable.
Michelle Ryan and Georgia May Jagger
Lately the ladies have been hitting up the red carpet in droves. Some giving us the business, while others left us gaging. Luckily the fab chicks are working it double time, with wardrobe changes. Check out Estelle, Aisha Tyler and Alicia Keys giving us a double dose of flyness at a single event.
Singer Estelle rocked a black number for her red carpet arrival for her album release party for Shine. She then switched it with a strapless cocktail dress with circular embellishments.
Comedian and actress Aisha Tyler hosted the Life Magazine’s 10th Annual Young Hollywood Awards. She arrived wearing a dark green draped mini dress, showing miles of legs. She continued flaunting those legs in a yellow modern shift with ruffled front.
She arrived looking glam and casual in some fly heels. During her appearance on Letterman, she rocked a tight grey knee length turtleneck dress, proving that the Hervé Léger isn’t the only go-to sexy dress.
And check out Ms. Keys’ performance of her new single Teenage Love on Letterman.
I’m going to need this to stop. First it happened at the Welcome to the Dollhouse album signing at the Best Buy in New York. The culprits were Aubrey and Aundrea…
Then it happened again, in a more tragic manner at Danity Kane’s TRL appearance that same day. The culprits were again Aubrey and Aundrea, with the addition of Dawn…
And while we let them slide when those fugly chunky-dos made a back-to-back appearance on the same day, I have to put my foot down at the 3rd occurrence of this shoe. Actually 7th appearance in total, if you count the pics above. At least the shoes aren’t paired with bright white this time…
I’m going to need some one to burn these fugly shoes ASAP. It wouldn’t be so bad if almost every member of the group has worn the shoes within a week…
I don’t mind a Hervé Léger dress in each pic though. Love those dresses.
And check out Dawn’s shoes from the Welcome to the DollHouse release party.
You can find the Jenae Nubuck Lace-up Sandal from Bebe for only $129.00.
And speaking of chunky-dos, check out Kelly’s Rowland’s shoes at a recent Capital Records event.
I’m hoping she simply lost a bet and was forced to wear these shoes. This shoe behavior can’t continue.
Thandi Newton attended the premiere of Run, Fat Boy, Run wearing this lacey jumper by Temperly London.
I’m loving Thandi’s rendition of the outfit, as well as the recent red carpet appearances of jumpers and jumpsuits. But you all tell me, is this getup Wearble or Terrible?
